Justo López
Fundador - Ceo
Justo López holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration and an MBA from IE Business School and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). He has more than 30 years of experience in the industrial and real estate sector. He has carried out real estate development and investment operations for more than 500M/E. In addition, he has participated in transactions with major international investors. In 2017, he participated in the creation and launch of the Imantia Reits Global F1 fund. He is currently CEO of NX Capital Partners.
Carolina de Sebastián
Finance Director
Carolina de Sebastián holds a degree in Economics from the Complutense University (Madrid, Spain) and MBA from IE Business School. She has more than 25 years of experience in financial management, management control and costs. Master in Foundation Management from CEU University.
During her professional career she has held important positions in companies in the industrial, tourism and real estate sectors, as Controller at Delafrio, CFO at Tilesa Kenes Spain and Managing Partner and CFO at NX Capital Partners.
Currently, she is in charge of the supervision of Asset Management activities for ongoing projects with responsibility in the area of investment and project finance.
Natalia Azpilicueta
Director of Innovation and Strategy
Natalia Azpilicueta holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from CUNEF (private university specialising in baking and finances in Madrid, Spain), MBA from IE Business School and a Digital Business programme in 2019 at The Valley Business School.
She has more than 15 years of experience both in Spain and abroad as a project manager in strategy and change management consulting, having worked in consulting firms such as Everis, Palladium Group or Nexe. She also has experience in training management teams and giving motivational talks.
Currently, she leads the definition and implementation of strategy at NX Capital Partners, as well as the promotion of innovation projects.
Valentín Fernández
Investment Director
Valentin Fernández holds a degree in Economics and Business Studies and postgraduate degree in European Economics (Université Libre Bruxelles).
He has more than 25 years of experience as Chief Economist in some of the main European financial institutions (Deutsche Bank, Credit Lyonnais…).
During his career, he worked as a Investment Director and Director at Fonditel, a pension fund and investment fund management company of the Telefonica group.
Furthermore, he was the founder of Amerigo, the network of Venture Capital Funds created by Telefonica to invest in startups in Europe, Latin America and Asia.
Currently, he is in charge of investment evaluation and investor relations.
Rouven Semel
Experto inmobiliario
Rouven holds a BSc in Business Administration from the Rotterdam School of Management and a MSc in International Management from both, ESADE and London School of Economics.
He has more than 15 years of experience, focusing on real estate in different asset classes and countries. In the past, he worked for Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield and later served as COO for the Spanish subsidiary of German shopping centre investor and manager ECE.
Since 2016, he joined his Family Office, which has focused on real estate investment throughout Germany and The Netherlands since 1976, in order to expand the activities to Spain.
He coinvested with NX Capital Partners in real estate projects in the past and is open to explore new ventures.
Mª Jesús Nevado
Head of Operations and Administration
Mª Jesús Nevado holds a degree in Business Studies from the Complutense University (Madrid, Spain). She has more than 20 years of experience in asset management and company administration.
Her main responsibilities include accounting control, supervision of audits, issuance of management reports and supervision of tax obligations.
Guadalupe Barahona
Head of the Legal Department
Guadalupe Barahona holds a law degree from the Autonoma University (Madrid, Spain).
She has more than 20 years of experience in administrative and commercial law; she is specialized in investment and disinvestment operations of real estate assets, as well as management of administrative licences.
She is currently head of the legal department of NX Capital Partners, coordinating the group’s legal operations.
